Shipping

We ship all orders via FedEx Priority Overnight.

All orders are shipped Monday through Fridays. Please note that it takes one full business day to fulfill an order with all orders being shipped the day after. This is because all our flowers are picked and assembled directly from the farm they are grown at. Orders placed after 9:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time (HST) will be fulfilled the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday.

Example: An order placed Monday morning will arrive on Wednesday, while an order placed
Monday evening will arrive Thursday (can vary on delivery location).

We do not ship on Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Delivery of Orders

For West Coast states (CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, AK, UT), priority overnight typically arrives the morning of the next business day between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM, provided we are not shipping to a remote address.

For Mid-West and East Coast states (all other states), delivery is by 4:30 PM for business and 8:00 PM for residential (most areas) in two days.

*For California Residents: The California State Department of Agriculture performs random agriculture inspections on packages from Hawaii in search of bugs and pests which have been infiltrating California crops. Such stringent inspections can delay the scheduled delivery of your package. Federal Express drivers work under strict time constraints, and cannot wait for inspectors to complete their inspections. Understand that these inspections are done on a random basis (review TERMS AND CONDITIONS).

 

Packaging

Your order will be packed in a floral box packed with paper, plastic and/or tissue lining and occasional frozen gel packs. Gel packs help the flowers to maintain optimum cool temperature particularly for the initial part of the journey.  

All Lei, Haku Lei and groups of Loose Blooms are sent packed plastic bags inside the floral box to help retain moisture, add padding and prevent wilting.

All tropical bouquets and foliage packed with damp paper. Please not these are not shipped
in arrangements and must be assembled by the recipient.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive FedEx tracking information via email. Track your delivery at fedex.com/us. Please review your order confirmation carefully to ensure all delivery information is correct.
